Guest Access
Enjoy full access to everything in the home and on the expansive 1.6 acres of property, except for the red shed and owners closets.
Located on a private dirt road, Seven Pines Chalet is typically easy to access. In case of heavy snowfall, a four-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
No keys required! Self-check-in with a convenient digital keypad.
Ample parking available for up to 4 vehicles, with additional space for a towed trailer carrying a boat, snowmobile, or ATV. Guests will also have access to the two car tandem garage for parking.
Other Things to Note
Signed rental agreement is required.
One security camera is located on the property, near the deck staircase. It does not record guest activity and is used to verify cleaners have prepared the property for your stay.
Please note that stairs are required to enter the property. There are natural steps made of stone and some wood that may be used to enter the back yard. Owner is not responsible for trips or falls that may occur.
Parties are not permitted, per Airbnb regulations.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Wildlife may be present. The chalet is on a monthly pest control plan, but you still may encounter bugs or other wildlife as we are deep in the woods of Northern Michigan.
No pets permitted.
Primary booking guest must be 25 year of age or older.
This is a family friendly property – please respect the peaceful and quiet environment and refrain from loud music and parties.
Smoking is permitted only outside in the designated smoking area on the back deck.
The two upper bedrooms do not have HVAC ran to the rooms. Additional heat can be supplemented with provided electric fireplaces. In summer, the rooms have ceiling fans as well as oscillating fans.
Access to enter the home requires navigating multiple stairs, both outside and inside the chalet.
Only guests whom are identified at booking are to be on premise. No more than nine (9) occupants.
Please note, water levels at the beach change constantly. Our pictures provide an accurate depiction of the beach and water levels most of the time – but fluctuations will occur.

All of the facilities, board games, puzzles, kitchen appliances, deck furniture, fire pit, grill, hot tub were in excellent condition. We grilled, roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and enjoyed family time in the hot tub. Lucas thought of everything!

We couldn't have asked for more! Our family of 5 (plus 1) enjoyed 4 nights in Lucas' lovely A-Frame. While the location was remote, it was a short drive to lots to do! We checked out Torch Lake, Charlevoix, Traverse City, Elk Rapids and of course, the peaceful Atrim Nature beach just down the road! Each night we took the 5 minute walk to the private beach for petosky stone hunting and to see the gorgeous sunset! The cabin itself was hard to leave! It was straight out of a storybook and we will miss it!
